UCL 355 - Introduction to Project Management

This course introduces students to the foundational principles and techniques of project management. Students will examine the management of a project life cycle from the initiation of a project through planning, execution, control and the closing of a project. Topics will include project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Particular attention will be given to project leadership, project team building, and project management software.
