UCL 453 - Facilitating Group Decision Making

This course is an introduction to the stages of group development along with the decision-making techniques and the intra-and inter-personal dynamics within small groups. Students will study techniques of group guidance, problem solving, resolution skills, leadership styles, cultural sensitivity, and ethical and legal issues related to group interactions.
